Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking number and order details.

What is your return policy?

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. All apparel returns must be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn. Paddle return guarantee does not apply to paddles that have been regripped, customized, or changed in any way. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty only applies if the paddle is bought directly from Extreme Elite Pickleball.Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

Where do you ship to? 

Extreme Elite Pickleball ships from Florida to anywhere in the Continental U.S.

Store Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Any order placed after 1pm ET will ship the following business day.

Please note that for Express and business shipments, FedEx will deliver Monday to Friday and not count the weekends in shipping times. A 2nd day order placed and shipped on Thursday might not arrive until Monday. An Overnight order shipped Friday will not arrive until Monday.

USPS Shipping Options
USPS delivery times aren’t a guaranteed delivery. The rates are also based on weight and location. Priority mail can take 2-4 delivery days and First-Class mail can take 3-7 business days.

For shipping to AK/HI, the USPS Priority mail or FedEx 2 Day Air service is available. The shipping charges are also based on weight and location.
